Orlando West HVAC (“we”) operates orlandowesthvac.com as a lead-matching site. We are not the HVAC contractor. We do not publish a shop address or a contractor license number on this site.
Information we collect
When you submit the match form, we collect:
- Name, phone, email, and city or ZIP
- Intent, property type, and system notes you choose to provide
- SMS consent if you check that box
- A hidden context field (which page the form was on)
- A honeypot field used only to ignore automated spam
We do not require a street address on the first step. If a matched technician later asks for an address, that conversation is with the technician, not a public listing on this site.
How we use it
We use form data to attempt a match with a local licensed HVAC technician and to operate, secure, and improve this matching service. If you consent to SMS, that consent applies to messages about this HVAC match request, not unrelated marketing unless you separately agree.
We do not sell your information as a public directory listing. We may share the request with the technician we are attempting to match, and with service providers who host email or the website (including the IONOS host of this static site and the PHP mailer).
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the pages (for example which pages are viewed and whether the quote form is reached). Google Analytics may set cookies or similar identifiers according to Google’s policies.
Retention
Lead records are kept long enough to complete a match attempt and to handle disputes or abuse, then deleted or archived according to the mailbox operator’s practice. This policy does not create a public records desk.
Your choices
You may request access or deletion of a lead you submitted by emailing the operator of this domain through the mailbox configured on the server (see the README for the IONOS mail setting). Do not send medical details or payment card numbers through the match form.
Children
This site is intended for adults requesting HVAC matching for a property they control.
Updates
We may update this page. The heading date is the public copy date. Related: terms.
